Rabbit Reps privacy policy
Effective 26 September 2026
Rabbit Reps: Gym Log, published by Project Rabbit. Rabbit Reps keeps your workout log on your phone. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not have permission to use the internet.
What the app stores
The workouts, sets, exercises, routines, notes and settings you enter. They are kept in the app's private storage on your phone, where other apps cannot read them. We (the developer) never receive them.
What leaves your phone
- Android's own backup. Your phone includes the workout database in its backup to your Google account, and restores it when you set up a new phone. This only happens when your phone can encrypt the backup end to end with your screen lock, so neither Google nor we can read it. Settings and temporary files are not included. The backup is handled by Android and Google under Google's privacy policy; you can turn it off in your phone's settings, under Google → Backup.
- Files you export. A backup file or a CSV export goes only where you choose to save or share it.
- The automatic folder backup. If you turn it on, the app saves a copy of your log to a folder you pick on your phone, once a week.
- Links you tap. The developer's profile on X opens in your browser only when you tap it. The app itself sends nothing.
What we collect
Nothing. The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code, and it does not share data with anyone.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Reset all data in the app, or uninstall it. To remove the copy in Android's backup, delete the device backup from your Google account (Google Drive → Backups).
Children
Rabbit Reps is a general fitness app and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
